IMPROVED SOUND INSULATION
The invisible sound barrier of Timbermate EXCEL gives 23 decibels of impact sound
improvement when tested to BS2750: 1980: Part 8 and rated to BS5821: Part 2.

EXCELLENT HEAT INSULATION
Timbermate EXCEL provides excellent heat insulation giving .55 togs of insulation
when tested to BS4745. Can also be used safely over underfloor heating.

PREVENTS OVERSTRAINING
Timbermate EXCEL has undergone stringent testing. Its unrivalled construction
ensures that the Laminate or Wood surface under which it is fitted is fully protected
against overstraining, which could lead to failure.

SUPERB SUBFLOOR
Once installed, Timbermate EXCEL presents a superb subfloor, evening out minor
undulations and imperfections over which Laminate or Wood products are easily fitted.

FLAME RETARDANT
Timbermate EXCEL is flame retardant and achieves "low radius effects of ignition"
when tested to BS4790: 1987 and rated to BS5287: 1988.
